Systems engineered, documented and handed over

Production-grade systems, built by the team that hands them over and stays reachable after

Commercial builds, research infrastructure and declared academic collaboration โ€” with full source, architecture notes and a run book, so the system keeps running once we step away.

Inside an engagement

What you actually receive

Each project is developed to production-ready standards — complete, practical, and built for real-world implementation. You get the code, the data, the architecture, and a video walkthrough by the engineer who built it.

Edge inference benchmark on campus hardware

Python ยท PyTorch ยท MobileNetV3 ยท TFLite ยท Streamlit

# Edge inference benchmark โ€” latency vs accuracy
# Full source code โ€” delivered, documented, yours to run

import torch

from benchmark import measure_latency, load_frames

# Baseline: full-precision model on the edge device
model = mobilenet_v3_small(weights="IMAGENET1K_V1")
model.eval()

frames = load_frames("data/campus_eval", limit=2400)

# The contribution: does INT8 hold accuracy under 200 ms?

Complete, runnable source code โ€” written for your requirement, delivered with the data, ready to run.

How it works

From requirement to delivered project, in four steps

  1. Step 1 Pick your path

Choose the direction that fits where you are heading โ€” a final-year project, a research paper, or a route to publication โ€” and we shape it to your semester and your departmentโ€™s requirements.

  2. Step 2 Plan and architecture

We design the solution to your requirement โ€” the method, the data and the architecture โ€” and agree the deliverables and the timeline in writing.

  3. Step 3 Get expert help

1:1 sessions with our expert team on your actual project. Not a ticket queue and not a forum โ€” dedicated time with someone who has read your work before the session starts.

  4. Step 4 Delivery, viva prep and beyond

You receive the complete project โ€” source, documentation and the walkthrough. We stay with you for viva preparation and, if the work merits it, the route to publication.

The difference

This is not a template marketplace.

Plenty of places will sell you a generic project off a shelf. Here is why that fails, and what we do instead.

What a template shop sells you

  • The same downloadable project a hundred other people also bought
  • Code that does not match your requirement, your data or your hardware
  • A stack you never chose, with no one to ask why it was chosen
  • No documentation worth the name, and nothing that explains itself
  • You are on your own the moment it does not run

What a custom build gives you

  • Built to your requirement, from your scope and your constraints
  • Runs on your data and your hardware, because it was written for them
  • Every architectural decision made deliberately and written down
  • Full documentation, plus a 1:1 walkthrough of the whole system
  • The engineer who built it stays reachable until you can explain it

Who this is for

See yourself here?

01

Final-year UG students

You have a requirement, a deadline and a department that expects something that demonstrably works.

  • A working build inside your semester, not a prototype that stalls
  • Hardware and data constraints handled up front
  • A walkthrough so you can answer โ€œwhy this way?โ€ with confidence
02

PG and research scholars

You need an implementation rigorous enough to stand behind a claim, not a demo that runs once.

  • Methodology implemented properly, with the evaluation to match
  • Reproducible results, documented end to end
  • The reasoning behind every choice, written down
03

Scholars heading for publication

The contribution is clear; what you need is an implementation and a write-up a journal will take seriously.

  • Implementation built to support the claim you are making
  • Figures, tables and results prepared for a manuscript
  • Journal fit, formatting and submission mechanics

From students

What they said afterwards

The methodology session changed the whole project. I finally understood why I was choosing an approach, not just which one to use.

Meera P.B.Tech final year ยท CSE

My scope was three projects pretending to be one. The first call cut it down to something I could actually finish in a semester.

Aditya R.B.Tech ยท Mechanical

The literature survey template saved me a month. I stopped collecting papers and started arguing with them.

Nithya S.M.Tech ยท VLSI

I came in with a dataset and no question. I left with a question worth answering.

Karthik V.M.Tech ยท Data Science

My guide asked exactly the three questions my mentor had already made me answer.

Priya D.B.Tech ยท ECE

The architecture review happened before I wrote a line. That is the only reason the build did not collapse in month three.

Sameer A.M.Tech ยท IoT & Embedded

Ready to see what a custom build looks like?

Send us your requirement. An engineer reads it, replies, and tells you honestly whether we can build it in your timeline.

  • A 1:1 session on your requirement โ€” no sales pitch
  • An honest read on your scope and your deadline
  • Exactly what would be delivered, and when
  • No payment and no commitment of any kind

Talk to our expert team

No commitment, no payment, and an honest answer about whether we are the right fit.

We reply within one working day. Your details are stored securely and never shared.

What happens after you send it

No surprises. This is the whole sequence.

  1. 1You send the note

Your mail app opens with the details filled in. You read it, edit anything, and press send.

  2. 2We read it properly

A real person reads the idea and the deadline before replying โ€” usually within a working day.

  3. 3A 1:1 session

We talk through your requirement, your constraints and your deadline, and scope the build.

  4. 4You decide

No pressure and no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you elsewhere.

Common questions

Before you write to us

What types of projects does Shaventra support?

We build across applied AI and machine learning, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud and full-stack development, IoT, blockchain, computer vision and NLP. Engagements fall into three kinds: commercial development for companies, research infrastructure for university groups, and declared co-development on academic work โ€” where what we build and what the student builds is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Are your builds bespoke, or assembled from something existing?

Every engagement is built to its own requirement. We reuse proven architectures and internal libraries the way any engineering team does, but we do not keep a catalogue of finished projects and sell the same one repeatedly โ€” which is what the question is usually really asking.

Can you develop projects based on my own idea?

Yes. For commercial and research work we take the concept through architecture, implementation and documentation, and hand over a running system. Where the work will be submitted for academic assessment, the same engineering happens against a scope that names which components are ours and which are yours โ€” and that scope goes to your department.

Do you provide project documentation?

Yes. Depending on your requirements, we can provide documentation such as Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), design documents, architecture diagrams, implementation reports, testing reports, user manuals, deployment guides, and project presentations.

Can you help with research publications?

We build the apparatus research runs on โ€” pipelines, experiment harnesses, reproducible environments and implementations of the methods being compared โ€” and we prepare manuscripts to the standard a venue expects. The question, the interpretation and the findings stay the groupโ€™s, our contribution is stated where the venue requires it, and acceptance is always the publisherโ€™s decision.

Can my own team run the system after handover?

That is what handover means, and we treat it as part of the build rather than a favour at the end: architecture notes, a run book, and a walkthrough of the code with the people who will own it. On academic engagements this is narrower by design โ€” you build the components you are assessed on, so the understanding you need is of your own work, not of ours.
