What types of projects does Shaventra support? Scope

We build across applied AI and machine learning, data engineering, cybersecurity, cloud and full-stack development, IoT, blockchain, computer vision and NLP. Engagements fall into three kinds: commercial development for companies, research infrastructure for university groups, and declared co-development on academic work — where what we build and what the student builds is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Are your builds bespoke, or assembled from something existing? Approach

Every engagement is built to its own requirement. We reuse proven architectures and internal libraries the way any engineering team does, but we do not keep a catalogue of finished projects and sell the same one repeatedly — which is what the question is usually really asking.

Can you develop projects based on my own idea? Your idea

Yes. For commercial and research work we take the concept through architecture, implementation and documentation, and hand over a running system. Where the work will be submitted for academic assessment, the same engineering happens against a scope that names which components are ours and which are yours — and that scope goes to your department.

Do you provide project documentation? Documentation

Yes. Depending on your requirements, we can provide documentation such as Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), design documents, architecture diagrams, implementation reports, testing reports, user manuals, deployment guides, and project presentations.

Can you help with research publications? Publication

We build the apparatus research runs on — pipelines, experiment harnesses, reproducible environments and implementations of the methods being compared — and we prepare manuscripts to the standard a venue expects. The question, the interpretation and the findings stay the group’s, our contribution is stated where the venue requires it, and acceptance is always the publisher’s decision.

Can my own team run the system after handover? Handover

That is what handover means, and we treat it as part of the build rather than a favour at the end: architecture notes, a run book, and a walkthrough of the code with the people who will own it. On academic engagements this is narrower by design — you build the components you are assessed on, so the understanding you need is of your own work, not of ours.

Can I request modifications after project delivery? Revisions

Yes. Minor revisions and fixes are covered by the agreed scope. Feature additions or requirement changes are quoted as a change to that scope, with the effect on the timeline stated before it is agreed rather than after.

How do you ensure originality and quality? Quality

Structured development practice: version control with reviewed history, code review before anything lands, tests on the paths that matter, and documentation written from the implementation. Every build is original work — we do not resell a previous engagement, and on academic work the declared split is what keeps originality verifiable rather than merely asserted.

Which technologies do you work with? Technology

Our expertise includes Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, SQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and many other modern technologies based on project requirements.

How long does project development usually take? Timeline

It depends on complexity, the feature set, documentation and testing. A small build can land in a few weeks; research infrastructure and production systems need longer, and we would rather cut scope than compress testing. You get the estimate before the engagement starts, and you hear about slippage while there is still time to act on it.

Is my project idea kept confidential? Confidentiality

Yes. We treat every project, dataset, research concept, and intellectual property with strict confidentiality. Your information is shared only with authorized team members directly involved in the project.

Who can use Shaventra’s services? Eligibility

Companies and startups needing development capacity, university research groups needing infrastructure built, departments running sponsored project cohorts, and individual students — on the declared co-development terms set out on the Academic Integrity page.

What happens after I submit my requirements? Process

We work through the requirement for technical feasibility, agree the scope and the timeline, and — on academic engagements — write down which components we build and which you build. Nothing starts until that scope is agreed, and on academic work until your department has the declaration.

Do you provide support after project completion? Support

Yes. Deployment assistance, technical clarification, issue resolution and any maintenance in the agreed scope. A system nobody can run once we step away was not delivered, so handover support is part of the engagement rather than an upsell.

Why choose Shaventra for projects and research? Why us

We are engineers, and the work is judged as engineering: does it run, can someone else run it, and is the history of how it was built honest. On academic engagements that last point is why we declare our contribution in writing — it is the only version of this service that does not put a degree at risk, and it is the version we sell.
