Accessibility Statement

Back

This Statement records the accessibility standard the Company targets for shaventraai.com, the measures actually implemented, the limitations actually known, and the procedure for reporting a barrier. It claims no conformance that has not been verified: an accessibility statement is an instrument of accountability, not of marketing.

Document control

Issuing entity

Shaventra AI Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”).

Version and effective date

Version 2.1, effective 20 August 2026.

Standards referenced

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA; Indian Standard IS 17802 (accessibility for ICT products and services); EN 301 549; having regard to the inclusive-access objectives of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

Conformance status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, self-assessed. No independent audit has been commissioned; no certified conformance is claimed.

1. Commitment and scope

1.1 The Company intends the Website to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust — the four principles on which WCAG 2.2 is organised — for users of keyboards, switch devices, screen readers and magnification, and treats accessibility as an engineering requirement of every page rather than a remediation exercise.

1.2 This Statement covers the Website in its entirety, including the blog, the enquiry forms and the legal pages. It does not cover third-party destinations to which the Website links, over which the Company exercises no control.

2. Measures implemented

2.1 Perceivable. Meaningful images carry text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology; content reflows to a 320-CSS-pixel viewport without two-dimensional scrolling; the type scale respects the user agent’s font-size setting; and information is never conveyed by colour alone.

2.2 Operable. Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard alone; focus order follows reading order; focus is programmatically managed and visibly indicated; menus, tab panels and the country selector expose the ARIA roles, states and properties their behaviour requires and dismiss on Escape; and no content flashes.

2.3 Understandable. Pages declare their language; navigation is consistent across the Website; form fields carry programmatically associated labels; and error messages identify the field concerned and state the correction required.

2.4 Robust. Pages are composed with semantic HTML — real headings, landmarks and lists — such that assistive technology can navigate by structure; and motion is suppressed site-wide when the operating system signals a reduced-motion preference.

3. Known limitations

3.1 The following limitations are known and under remediation: certain muted captions rendered on tinted panels sit below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required by WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.3 for body text.

3.2 The Company does not claim a conformance level it has not been independently assessed against. This Statement will be amended upon the earlier of the clearance of the limitations above or the obtaining of an independent assessment.

4. Feedback, complaints and escalation

4.1 A barrier encountered on the Website may be reported to hello@shaventra.com, stating the page, the assistive technology or configuration in use, and what occurred. Reports are acknowledged within three (3) Business Days, remediation of verified barriers is prioritised over feature work, and the reporter is informed when the remediation is live. There is no ticketing system in front of this address.

4.2 Nothing in this Statement limits any right a person with a disability may have under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, including recourse to the authorities constituted under that Act.
