The people who hold the whole system in their heads, so you are not re-explaining it every week.
Sequence
From first message to handover
Every step is something you can see happening, not something you are told happened.
-
Enquiry
You write to us with what you are working on, when it is due, and what your department requires. Rough answers are fine.
-
Session
We reply with a time for a 1:1 session. It is free, and its only purpose is to establish honestly whether we can help.
-
Scope
On the call we work through your scope, your constraints and your calendar. If the timeline is unrealistic, you hear it here.
-
Quote
Afterwards you receive a written note: what we think the work involves, what is included, what is not, and what it would cost.
-
Acceptance
Nothing is owed until you accept that quote in writing. If you do not, the conversation simply ends.
-
Matching
Once accepted, you are matched to engineers by discipline — named people, not a queue.
-
Weekly
You meet weekly. You produce work between sessions; we review what you produced and set direction.
-
Tracking
Progress is tracked against a plan you can see, and the plan is revised when reality requires it.
-
Handover
At handover you hold the work, the documentation and the understanding to defend it.
Coverage
What you can expect from us
Agreed at the start and only changed in writing, so the work cannot quietly expand.
Your work read properly, with comments you can act on before the next session.
If the scope is slipping you hear it while there is still time to do something about it.
Work between sessions · Your department’s requirements · Honesty about the timeline
Ask first. The answer might be no.
The first conversation is free and its only purpose is to work out whether we are the right people for what you are doing. If we are not, we say so and tell you what would suit it better.
